We loved being in Salem. Your beautiful condo was convenient to downtown Salem and--importantly--Salem Golf Club! The rooms, baths, and closets were spacious and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony was spectacular, beautifully framing dramatic Oregon sunsets. The linens were 5-star quality and you were immediately responsive to every need. As it was a hot summer, we also appreciated the great air-conditioning! Thank you.

An Extraordinary Extended Stay. My visit at Crestview compels me to remark about this great find in Salem. It is a fantastic location from the new hospital complex and nicely perched up on a hilltop in a peaceful, serene setting. It is very well resourced with all amenities.
My work in health care industry often requires extended-stays in a seemingly endless string of hotels and resident inns provided under contract. Crestview is more than the "home-away-from-home" expected. The suite is brilliantly decorated with quality living--a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of hot water and water pressure. The kitchen was perfect for meal prep--complete with spice rack and cookware. The dedicated office is complete with FAX/printer/copier and unlimited long distance. I worked often on my laptop downstairs on the suite's Wi-Fi. I often finish my day relaxed in the cozy sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace--and one of the two, simple to operate 32" HDTVs with 200 channel selections.
The view from the deck is stunning. . . even during the winter. In the evening, it wasn't uncommon to see unexpected deer bounce across the hillside, right in front of the deck. It is a quiet environment on a private drive—very secure with no traffic. A walk through ‘forest-like’ Fairmount Park, less than 100 feet from the front door, was a unique feature. I parked my car in the garage every night and enjoyed the ease of arrival and departure with a remote garage door opener. I heartily recommend this superb executive suite for your extended Salem area stay. If assignments bring me back, Crestview is my first choice—a ‘cut above’ my many extended-stay experiences.

This furnished, executive town home offers a very rare combination of functionality, comfort, aesthetics and hospitality. This 'cut above' experience made our extended stay in Salem a unique visit and the most welcoming home away from home anyone could ask for! The town home is beautifully decorated, warm and intimate, and perfectly equipped with all the necessities to continue the professional or casual daily routine.
The office and Wi-Fi enabled me to run my business half way across the world. We had all we needed to cook, wash, host guests and enjoy the sunset over a beautiful nature park, a view from the decked terrace. The neighborhood is a gem. A charming wooded park nearby with everything green, serene ~ feels like you are far away in the country, yet only a three-minute drive to the city and still closer to shopping and restaurants.
The one attribute that struck us most is the truly wonderful hospitality of Barbara Jensen. Her out-going and generous nature pops up from every corner of the home. The importance of detail, wine, movies, and the extras, so many extras is attended to; we only had to think of something and it would be there! She spared no means to make our stay the best possible experience and memory. We'll be back.
